Curt Crandall, Principal 

As co-founder and principal of CWP Advisors Mr. Crandall brings 15 years of real estate experience with a primary focus on acquisitions, financial modeling, approval processing and land development.  Prior to CWP Advisors, Mr. Crandall was the Director of Acquisitions at Western National Group and led acquisition efforts for Standard Pacific Homes (NYSE: SPF).  Mr. Crandall began his career at Fluor (NYSE: FLR) where he managed a special projects team throughout the United States and Asia.  Mr. Crandall earned his MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California and his BS in Engineering from Arizona State University.  Mr. Crandall holds a California real estate license.  curt@cwpadvisors.com

Gregg Williams, Principal

As co-founder and principal of CWP Advisors, Mr. Williams brings over 12 years of real estate finance and development experience.  Formerly the Vice President of the St. Clair Company, Mr. Williams has demonstrated the ability to acquire, finance, develop and manage a wide range of high quality real estate assets throughout Southern California.  With his background of financing and developing all types of residential and commercial projects, Mr. Williams has worked extensively throughout Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties. Over the course of his career, Mr. Williams has developed over 3,000 residential lots, 418,000 square feet of office space and over 1 million square feet of mixed use projects.  Mr. Williams earned a bachelors degree in Planning & Development from the University of Southern California. Salvatore Provenza, Principal

As co-founder and principal of CWP Advisors, Mr. Provenza brings over ten years of real estate development experience.  Prior to CWP Advisors, Mr. Provenza was part of the senior management team of Toll Brothers (NYSE: TOL).  During his nine-year tenure, he worked on both coasts and was responsible for critical operational aspects including land acquisitions, due diligence, approval processing, management, and project-specific financing.  He has hands-on experience developing a wide-range of residential product including single family homes and mixed-use podium buildings.  In addition, Mr. Provenza was involved in corporate mergers and acquisitions for both private and public companies valued at over $4 billion.    Prior to Toll Brothers, he worked for two architecture and town planning firms.   Mr. Provenza holds a MBA from the University of Southern California and a BA in Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.  He is a licensed California general contractor (924663) and real estate broker (01790133).  Mr. Provenza also advises Chapman University by serving on its Real Estate, Law and Environmental Studies board of advisers.  sal@cwpadvisors.com
